Red Liquid Inks Formulated for Sumi painting and Calligraphy Yasutomo Sumi Inks are formulated for Sumi painting and Calligraphy and are in a convenient liquid form with no need for grinding. KF Shellac-Based Waterproof Sumi Ink is made from high-quality vegetable oil soot. A small amount of shellac is included in the formula for water resistance. KY Water Resistant Sumi Ink is made out of pure vegetable soot with no additives or preservatives. The ink contains no shellac and dries to a matte water-resistant finish once dry. The Bokuju Sumi Set contains two Sumi brushes, one bottle of Bokuju (liquid Sumi ink), and a porcelain saucer in a beautiful paper box. An illustrated instruction sheet is included, along with a QR code for video instructions. KV2 Vermilion, 2oz: Vermilion is an ancient red-orange Sumi ink used to hand-letter manuscripts, seal scrolls, and ink paintings.
