The blending powder unlocks oil-based colored pencils so that you can make corrections and even erase areas. With Touch-Up Texture, you can recover lost surface tooth in your drawing. All you need to do is apply a small amount of Touch-Up Texture, allow it to dry, and add new layers of colored pencil.
