Use the ZoomFinder to help choose your drawing subject both from real life or photographs. Works similarly to the view finder of camera. Move the ZoomFinder around over the object or scene while adjusting the size of the opening until you find the best composition. The ZoomFinder provides 2 opening shapes; rectangle and square. Slide the sheet through the holding track to change the size of your rectangle or square while maintaining the height.
Zooming in on your subject matter will eliminate parts that are not essential for presentation and focus on the main subject. Alternately, “zoom out” to include lots of information. Keep in mind that the essential part of presentation will be unnoticeable and not impressive.
