The u.go™ Anywhere™ Pochade Boxes are designed and manufactured by New Wave® in Pennsylvania, USA.

Size/Weight: Measuring 6"x8"x1.25," is ultra-lightweight at 1.35 lbs, with palette included.

Materials: The product is made using Baltic Birch wood, while stainless steel and aluminum accents provide strength where needed most. All hardware is non-corrosive.

Wood Finish: The Baltic Birch is hand sanded, and finished with New Wave® proprietary wood finish for maximum durability. The finish is non-porous, dense, and resistant to water and standard artist solvents and mediums. In addition, the finish is crack-proof, chip-proof, and non-yellowing.

Strong rare earth magnets are used for the closure, panel/canvas holder, removable side wall for palette cleaning/replacement, and accessory side tray attachment.

Friction Hinges: Sturdy 180° range of motion.

Tripod Mount: Anywhere™ Pochade Boxes are compatible with universal 1/4" tripod mounts.

Palette: A high density plastic palette is included. Oil paints can be removed with solvents, and dry acrylic paint peels off.

Smooth exterior free of protruding wood or metal components allows for quick and easy storage in any pack.

Maximum Recommended Painting Surface: is 9" Vertical. Teeth on the stainless steel panel holders are capable of holding panels as thin as 1/16" and stretched canvas up to 3/4" thick.

The u.go™ Cinch is a strong and flexible band made from silicone. It holds the accessory side trays to the lid of your pochade box for compact storage during transportation and secures brushes, tools, and medium cups to a side tray. We also recommend wrapping the Cinch around your Anywhere™ Pochade Box during transportation when using a glass palette.

When combined with the u.go™ Carabiner the set becomes a unique hook for your turpentine canister, a paint towel, rubbish bag and more. Additionally, the set can be used to strap items to your day pack. If outdoors, the uses are endless. Three different set combinations are available.

The glass palette is designed to fit inside the Anywhere™ Pochade Box. The grey underside of the palette allows for optimal value and color gauging. Protected by a dense solvent and water-resistant formulation, the bottom of the grey palette resists fading. You can easily remove oil paint from the palette with artist solvents or a single edge razor blade, and you can easily peel dried acrylic paint off the glass surface.

We recommend securing the exterior removable side wall of your Anywhere™ Pochade Box with the u.go™ Cinch when transporting the glass palette.
