Stonehenge Aqua Black Aluminum Artist Panels by Legion are perfect for painting en plein air with bright, shiny watercolors that pop! The lightweight yet rigid 1/8" thick aluminum panels are pre-mounted with an archival sheet of black 140lb cold press watercolor paper. Each 100% cotton acid-free sheet is internally and externally sized to capture heavy washes of color and delicate details precisely as well as gouache and acrylics.

Black watercolor panels open an exciting, new world where color is used to build up light, and negative shapes are positive. These ready-to-frame art panels are virtually unbreakable and provide an unyielding foundation for metallic and pearlescent watercolors, pencils, pens, markers, and inks.
