Easily create polyester silk screens with Speedball's DIAZO Photo Emulsion and Sensitizer. The photographic process doesn't require a darkroom or expensive equipment and allows you to apply any black-and-white image to a screen. The emulsion and sensitizer must be mixed correctly for the screen to develop. Once the emulsion has hardened, you can use the polyester screen with any water-soluble or solvent-based ink. When you are ready to print a new image, you can clean the screen with Photo Emulsion Remover and start the process again.

Diazo Photo Emulsion Set - Contains one 2 oz. bottle of Diazo Sensitizer and a 26 oz. bottle of Diazo Photo Emulsion.
Diazo Photo Emulsion Kit - Contains one 7 oz. jar of Photo Emulsion, one 8 oz jar of Photo Emulsion Remover, and 1 oz. bottle of condensed sensitizer.
Diazo Photo Emulsion Remover - Screen cleaning is quick and easy with Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion Remover. To use it, apply the remover on both sides of the screen, scrub with a brush, reapply, scrub again after three minutes, and rinse with hot water. Your screen will be ready for your next project!
Diazo Sensitizer - Fill the bottle ¾ full with cold water and mix thoroughly. This product is to be used with photo emulsion.
The unmixed sensitizer and emulsion have a 3-year shelf life. The sensitized emulsion has a shelf life of four weeks at 90°F (32°C), eight weeks at 70°F (21°C), or four months if refrigerated.
