The Mini-blade is made of FDA approved silicone and is terrific for sculpting cake frosting. And cleaning them has never been easier. Most messes, such as dried paint, either peels off or will come off with just soap and water; but for handling tougher messes, the blade detaches from the handle and is dishwasher safe.
