Jacquard Pearl Ex Powdered Pigment - Sky Blue .75oz
You can mix Pearl Ex pigments with any medium and apply them to any surface! Pearl Ex creates a metallic look without being metal. The particles are flat platelets with two surfaces that lay down like a thin metal coating. The differently sized particles produce different looks, from a refined, smooth, pearly luster to a highly metallic sheen. Pearl Ex is a safe, non-toxic, inert powdered pigment with a neutral pH. As a result, it is highly colorfast and stable. This color will not tarnish or fade and is, therefore, ideal for archival applications.
