What began as a small gathering that grown into one of the nation’s most largest, beloved art events! A vibrant community where creativity thrives, friendships are formed, and artistic passions are ignited.

Thank you for two decades of being part of Art of The Carolinas!

Art of the Carolinas was a free to enter annual art event hosted by Jerry's Artarama in Raleigh, North Carolina. Recognized as one of the largest art supply and workshop events in the United States, it offered a comprehensive experience for artists of all skill levels.​ Whether you're an aspiring artist or a seasoned professional, Art of the Carolinas offered a unique opportunity to enhance your skills, discover new products, and immerse yourself in the vibrant art community.

Artists came from all over the world to Raleigh, NC to experience a great event, take workshops, shop supplies and make lasting relationships and memories. The event was held in November at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills, conveniently located near Jerry's Artarama's Raleigh store. This proximity allowed attendees to easily access additional supplies or seek expert advice during the event and head over and experience a Jerrys Artarama store.

Art of the Carolinas?

Workshops: The event featured a wide array of workshops led by professional artists, covering various mediums such as watercolor, acrylics, oils, and mixed media. These sessions catered to both beginners and seasoned artists.​

Art Supply Expo: Attendees explored an extensive trade show with hundreds of vendors offering discounts on art supplies, including paints, brushes, canvases, and more.​

Networking Opportunities: Art of the Carolinas for 20 years was a great platform to connect with fellow artists, instructors, and industry professionals, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.​
